【Abstract】 From the angle of path dependence of system evolution,this paper holds that the basic reason of poverty backtracking in west rural region is path dependence that west rural economic system is balanced by traditional agricultural economic form because of higher transaction cost limited by objective condition,that the direct reason for the poverty backtracking is basic shortcomings of current anti-poverty system and its path dependence and points out anti-poverty system innovation direction based on the core of marketability.更多还原
