【摘要】 农村妇女从业角色的转变与经济体制改革有着密切关系。西部地区农村妇女在经济上、能力上和权利上都处于弱势地位,受教育程度低、专业技能差、素质低已成为她们就业的瓶颈,制约、阻碍了她们的发展与就业。只有深化体制改革,构建农村妇女教育和培训创新体系,才能使西部农村妇女获得生存保障、发展保障和享受保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 There is close relationship between rural women employment role change and economic system reform.Rural women in west China have weak position in economy,capability and rights.Low education level and weak specialized quality become the bottleneck of their employment,which limit and hinder their employment and development.Only deepening system reform and constructing innovative system of rural women education and training can make west rural women have living guarantee,development guarantee and enjoyment guarantee.更多还原
