【Abstract】 Under the unchanged conditions including granularity,extracting frequency and technology course,the optimum extracting technique of flavones in Pueraria thomsonii is investigated by using factorial and orthogonal test.We use L9(34) involved the rate of raw material and solvent,ethanol concentration,extracting temperature and extracting time.The results show that 1:8,70%ethanol,60℃and 2.5hours are optimal,and the extraction rate is 1.12%.更多还原
