纤维素还原氯酸钠制备二氧化氯的研究
Study on Preparation of Chlorine Dioxide by Using Cellulose as a Reducing Agent
【摘要】 以纤维素(棉花)、氯酸钠、硫酸为原料,在投料比(物质的量比)为n(NaClO3):n(C6H10O5)n=20:1、硫酸浓度为5 mol/L,反应温度为90℃、反应时间为90 min的条件下,二氧化氯的产率可达93.60%,结果表明,以纤维素(棉花)还原氯酸钠是制备二氧化氯的一种新途径。
【Abstract】 Cellulose,sodium chlorate and sulfuric acid are used as raw material for preparing chlorine dioxide in a large num- ber of experiments.It is found that when the ration in mole between sodium chlorate and cellulose is 20:1 ,concentration of sulphuric acid is 5 mol·L-1,the temperature is 90℃and the reacting time is 90 minutes,the yield of chlorine dioxide can reach 93.60%.So reducing sodium chlorate by using cellulose as a reducing reagent is a new method of preparing chlorine dioxide.
