【摘要】 介绍了国内外对国际供应链中技术转移问题研究的基本情况,指出了现有文献尚未涉及的问题。认为目前最迫切的任务是借鉴国际技术转移理论和技术创新理论相关成果,构建度量技术转移度的指标体系,将技术转移效果分成不同层次进行评判,深入研究跨国公司对我国不同行业的技术转移度以及各种因素对技术转移效果的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper introduces the research of technology transfer based on international supply chain and points out issues which have not been covered in the present literature.By borrowing the concerned achievements of international technology transfer theory and technological innovation theory,the most urgent task at present is to set up the index system for the degrees of measurements technology transfer.The results of technology transfer should be assessed in light of different levels.Further research should focus on the influences of multinational companies on the degrees of technology transfer in the different trades in China and impacts of the various factors on the results of technology transfer.更多还原
