【Abstract】 This paper sums up the characteristics of the crimes committed by the floating people according to the criminals’ ages and motivations,the places and ways of the crimes,and the victims as well.The causes for the crimes committed by the floating people are analyzed from such aspects as the criminals’ social background,psychology of a criminal offence,criminals’ education level and the victims’ sense of self-protection.Then,countermeasures against crimes committed by the floating people are proposed here.更多还原
