【Abstract】 In order to obtain hollow billets of BFe30-1-1 alloy, a new casting technology was investigated and hollow billets with size of φ83 mm×20 mm were produced in laboratory. The surface quality, solidification structure and mechanical properties of hollow billets were studied. The results indicate that when proper casting parameters were adopted, hollow billets of 30-1-1 alloy with high quality can be produced by the method of horizontal continuous casting.更多还原
