掺Mo纳米VO2粉体的相变特性研究

【摘要】 采用一种制备掺杂纳米VO2粉体的新方法获得掺Mo纳米VO2粉体。用XRD,TEM,XPS手段对掺杂纳米VO2的结构进行了表征,并研究了掺杂VO2的相变特性。结果表明,所制备的纳米VO2的尺寸约为26nm,形貌呈近球形。掺入的Mo以Mo+6的形式存在于VO2的晶格中,形成V1-xMoxO2固溶体。掺杂纳米VO2粉体的电阻随温度的变化具有明显的开关特性。随掺入Mo含量的增加,VO2的相变温度呈线性下降,在6%MoO3的掺入量时,相变温度降为45℃。

【Abstract】 A new method of preparation of Mo-doped nanosized VO2 powders was used. The microstructure characters of doped nanosized VO2 were analyzed by means of XRD, TEM, XPS and the phase transition of doped VO2 also studied. The experiment results show that the mean crystallite size of VO2 is about 26 nm and its morphology appears in spherical shape. The Mo doped into VO2 exists as Mo+6 in V1-xMoxO2 solid solution. The switching characters were presented obviously in resistance with temperature changes for Mo-doped nano-VO2. With the increase of Mo content doped into the VO2, the phase transition temperature of VO2 is lowered linearly and the phase transition temperature can reach about 45℃ on the condition of 6% MoO3 doping.
