【摘要】 针对碱性脱墨的缺点及ClO2的优点,利用ClO2与表面活性剂复配,研制出了在中性条件下有良好脱墨效果的脱墨剂。其最佳工艺条件为:ClO2用量0.6%,SAA用量1.0%,pH6～7,Na2SiO3用量2.5%,EDTA用量0.2%。在此工艺条件下,对报纸脱墨所测得浆料白度为57.4%ISO,对书本纸脱墨所测得白度为62.8%ISO。更多还原

【Abstract】 In considering of the defects of alkaline deinking and advantages of ClO2, a deinking agent with good deinking performance under neutral conditions was compounded with ClO2 and surfactant. The optimal technological condition is: ClO2 dosage 0.6%, SAA dosage 1.0% , pH 6-7, Na2SiO3 dosage 2.5% and EDTA dosage 0.2%.
