甲脒亚磺酸用于芦苇APMP漂白研究

【摘要】 用甲脒亚磺酸(FAS)漂白芦苇APMP,并对漂后浆与芦苇漂白硫酸盐浆进行了配抄文化用纸的探索。结果表明:对芦苇APMP进行FAS漂白,FAS的合适用量为0.4%~0.6%,FAS与NaOH的用量比为2∶1,系统的初始pH值适宜保持在10.5左右。用FAS漂后APMP与芦苇BKP配抄文化用纸,只要芦苇BKP配入量超过30%,可以满足B级胶印书刊纸的要求。

【Abstract】 The research was made on the bleaching reed APMP with FAS and on the making fine paper from the pulp and reed BKP. The results showed that FAS charge 0.4%~0.6%, the ratio of FAS to NaOH 2:1,the initial pH value about 10.5 were the suitable process conditions when reed APMP bleached with FAS. As the reed BKP charge is more than 30%, the brightness, breaking length, the tear index and folding endurance of hand-making sheet will be accordance with the B grade off-set printing paper’s requirement with the application of bleached APMP.
