【摘要】 出口信用保险是WTO规则允许成员国政府使用的为数不多的鼓励出口的工具之一,对加入世界贸易组织后逐渐全面开放的中国具有极其重要的意义。20世纪90年代以来,发达国家出口信用保险业务私有化及商业化进程加快,商业性信用保险逐步成为整个出口信用保险体系中的主体,与此同时,出现了出口信用保险的国际化扩张趋势,实现了广泛的出口信用保险的产品与机制创新。因此,应当客观分析出口信用保险的国际发展趋势,借鉴国际经验,推动中国出口信用保险的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Export credit insurance is one of the important instruments offered to the members by WTO to promote export and oversea investment. It is very important to China after its entering the WTO. Since 1990s, developed countries have hastened the process of privatization and commercialization of export credit insurance. Commercial credit insurance has become the principal part of the export credit insurance system. Meanwhile, the export credit insurance has shown the trend of internationalization, thus leading to more products and institutional innovation of the export credit insurance. Thus, China should analyze the international trend of export credit insurance objectively, learn from the international experience and promote the development of export credit insurance market in China.更多还原
