【Abstract】 Based on the perspective of resources and capabilities, this paper constructs a dynamic analytical framework for knowledge integration(KI)and points out that KI is the key for organizations to adapt to the dynamic and uncertain environment, in order to capture sustainable competitive advantage. This paper first reviews the research on the knowledge management, then constructs the dynamic analytical framework, finally makes a summary about the framework and points out the future research directions.更多还原
