【摘要】 欧元区统一货币政策由于欧洲中央银行制度设计的缺陷和其他宏观经济政策的制约,在其执行过程中产生了一系列的二元性矛盾。这些矛盾严重影响了欧元区统一货币政策的有效性和欧洲经货联盟的顺利运行。因此,欧元区各成员国有必要通过加强政治一体化、继续改革欧洲中央银行的决策制度、完善与之相配合的财政预算制度和《稳定与增长公约》以及建立一个超国家的集中监管机构等措施来解决这些二元性矛盾。更多还原

【Abstract】 A series of dualistic contradictions are produced because of ECB’s own defects and the restrictions of other macroeconomic policies.These contradictions seriously affect stability of the monetary policy in Euro area and the successful development of EMU.So,it is necessary for every member state of EU to improve ECB’s unified monetary policy through strengthening political cooperation, reforming of decision-making institution of European Central Bank,improving the financial budget system,and establishing a centralized supervising agency.更多还原
