退火时间对Mg-0.6Zr热轧板材阻尼性能的影响
Effect of Annealing Time on Damping Capacity of Hot-rolled Mg-0.6Zr Plate
【摘要】 研究了不同退火时间对Mg-0.6Zr热轧板材阻尼性能的影响。结果表明:350℃×3h的退火工艺使合金发生了完全再结晶,同时退火后的强度和硬度有所下降,而延伸率有所提高。合金在热轧态下的阻尼性能很低,且几乎与应变振幅无关;退火处理后,合金的阻尼性能得到明显提高,且随退火时间的延长而增大,完全再结晶后,阻尼性能几乎不再随退火时间的延长而变化,此时阻尼性能与应变振幅有关,即随应变振幅的提高而不断提高,尤其是在高应变振幅下。Mg-0.6Zr系合金上述阻尼性能的变化可以用Granato-Lücke位错钉扎模型来解释。
【Abstract】 The effect of annealing time on damping capacity of hot-rolled Mg0.6Zr alloy was studied.It showed that recrystallization took place completely during the the annealing process of 350℃×3h while the strength and hardness decreased a little and the elongation increased.The damping capacity of Mg-0.6Zr was low under hot rolled condition,and it was nearly strain independent;after annealing treatment,the damping capacity increased obviously,and it increased as the annealing time increased until the recrystallization took place completely.The damping capacity depended on the strain amplitude and it increased with strain amplitude especially under high strain amplitude.The damping capacity of Mg-0.6Zr alloys at different conditions can be explained by the dislocation pinning model of Granato and Lücke.
