聚偏氟已烯对LiNi0.8Co0.2O2复合正极性能的影响
Influence of PVDF on the Properties of LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 Composite Positive
【摘要】 以LiNi0.8Co0.2O2为活性物质,炭黑为导电剂,聚偏氟乙烯为粘结剂,采用溶液浇铸法制备锂离子电池正极。本文研究了不同质量含量的聚偏氟乙烯对锂离子电池正极电性能的影响。实验结果表明:当正极材料中粘结剂聚偏氟乙烯含量为4%时,所制备的正极片的电性能最佳,首次放电容量为190mAh/g,首次充放电效率最高可达91%,循环性能良好,进一步组装的18650电池经50次循环后容量为1832mAh,为首次放电容量的97.8%。
【Abstract】 In the experiment,we used LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 as active materials,carbon black as conductive materials,PVDF as binder,to make electrodes by solution casting.The emphasis of this article is to discuss how the composition of binder PVDF in cathode affected the performance of the cathode.The results show that when the composition of PVDF is 4%,the lithium-ion cell has the best cycling performance which first discharge capacity is 190mAh/g and first coulomb efficiency is 91%.When assembled 18650 cell,its discharge capacity maintains 97.8%(1832mAh) after fifty cycles.
