一种磁性纳米药物载体的阿霉素吸附与脱附实验
Adsorption and Desorption Experiments of Doxorubicin from a Magnetically Targeted Nano-drug Carrier
【摘要】 研究化疗药物阿霉素在磁性纳米微球表面的吸脱附行为。测定常温时磁性微球静态交换动力学曲线、吸附等温线,求得磁性微球液膜吸附的平衡速率常数为k=0.0072min-1及吸附等温线方程为1/q=0.1305Ce-1+0.0054。测定静态脱附曲线,经超声多次脱附实验的结果是阿霉素浓度维持在13ug/ml。透射电镜(TEM)可观察到吸附前后的形貌的不同,激光粒度仪测定磁性微球聚集体的粒径平均为782.3nm。结果表明:阿霉素在磁性微球表面的吸附符合Langmuir型吸附,载药微球在水中可以缓慢释放药物,并且保持了亚微米级的粒径。
【Abstract】 The adsorption behavior of chemotherapy doxorubicin on magnetic nanoparticles was studied.All experiments were carried out under room temperature. Through static exchange experiments,static exchange kinetics curve and adsorption isotherm were measured.The constant of adsorption rate is k=0.0072min-1 and the adsorption isothermal equation is 1/q= 0.1305C-1e+0.0054.The static desorption experiments were executed,and the concentration of the doxorubicin maintains 13ug/ml after many time sonication.The morphology of magnetic nanoparticles was observed with a transmission electron microscope(TEM),and the diameter distributing was determinated by a laser diffraction particle sizer.The result shows that the adsorption of magnetic nanoparticles fited the Langmuir model;the magnetic drug nanparticles can control-release drug,and maintain the sub-micron diameter.
