谐振型吸波材料的理论分析与实验研究
Theory and Experiment Study of the Resonant Absorber
【摘要】 本文提出一种以EPS空心球为基体材料的谐振型吸波材料。由电磁波理论,推导出包覆碳粉的EPS空心球的谐振频率和谐振波长,并对这种吸波材料的吸波性能进行了实验研究。经测试,碳粉最佳体积含量为4%,EPS空心球最优粒度为2mm。在测试频段内,低频(2.4~3.85GHz)吸收达到40dB,高频(8~12.5GHz)在45dB以上。最后对这种谐振型吸收材料的阻燃性进行了测试,达到美国UL94V-1级标准。
【Abstract】 A resonant wave absorber with EPS hollow sphare as the base material was studied in this paper.The resonant frequency and resonant wavelength of carbon black coated EPS hollow sphare absorber were deduced and its wave absorbing property was tested experimentally.The testing results show that when the carbon black content is 4% and the diameter of EPS hollow sphare is 2 mm,the wave absorbing effectiveness of the absorber can reach its optimal value,which are 40dB in lower frequency(2.4~3.85GHz) and more than 45 dB in higher frequency(8~12.5GHz).The testing of its flame retardant shows that this absorber meets the USA UL94V-1 standard well.
