纯铝薄板在爆炸冲击作用下接合界面特征研究
Investigation on bonding interface and deformation characteristics of thin plate of pure aluminum by explosive compaction
【摘要】 爆炸具有瞬间高温、高压等极端条件共同作用的特点,可用于材料的加工成形.本文报道了应用X射线衍射仪、透射电镜等手段,对纯铝在爆炸冲击作用下的组织结构和性能变化的结果.研究结果表明,纯铝/铝的爆炸接合界面沿冲击波扩展方向形成正弦接合界面并有熔化现象出现,由于实验所用铝板较薄,爆炸引起的热对材料起到了退火的作用,因而没有检测到明显的残余应力存在.铝板爆炸结合后原始粗晶粒得到了细化,这可能是由于作用于同一粗晶粒的冲击力不均匀,因而使晶粒局部发生了转动,通过小角度晶界协调而造成的.这为材料的纳米化又提供了一种新的途径.
【Abstract】 Explosion can be used to process material due to its characteristics of extreme condition co-effect,such as high temperature and high pressure instantaneously. In the paper,some experiments on microstructure and property changes of pure aluminum under explosive compaction condition were carried out by means of X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).It concluded that melt occurred on the bonding interface of AL/Al composite plates.The bonding interface is of sinusoidal wave in the direction of compaction extending.Crystal parameters of pure aluminum change with increasing of explosive speeds.Original crystal grains were fined by carious small angle tilt boundaries.
