铝合金口盖近净成形关键技术研究
Research on the key technology of near net forming of aluminum alloy hatch
【摘要】 对铝合金口盖的等温成形过程进行了试验研究和有限元模拟,分析了不同加载方案对金属变形流动的影响规律.研究结果表明,局部加载等温精密模压工艺可以有效地控制金属的变形流动和提高金属充填模具型腔的能力,避免充不满、折迭和穿筋等缺陷,获得了成形质量良好的筋板类构件.
【Abstract】 In this paper,research on isothermal forming of aluminum alloy hatch is performed with rigid-plastic FEM,and the influence of different loads on the metal deformation and flow were analyzed.The results show that isothermal forming with local loading can effectively control the deformation and flow of metal,improve the ability of filling the cavity die,avoid defects,such as under pressing overlap and breaking of rib,and obtain the high-quality rib-web part.
