化学复合镀镍-磷-金刚石工艺及性能的研究
Study on Process and Performance of Electroless Composite Plating of Nickel-phosphorus-diamond
【摘要】 研究了化学复合镀镍-磷-金刚石镀层操作条件对复合镀层镀速、复合量及硬度的影响,并对复合镀层的组织和性能进行了分析。结果表明,金刚石颗粒在镀液中部分会被活化,进入复合镀层过程中其表面沉积有镍层。实验得到了镀速20μm/h以上、均匀的Ni-P-金刚石镀层,金刚石的加入对镀速的影响不大。金刚石在镀层中的质量分数主要与金刚石在溶液中含量有关,当金刚石在溶液中含量为20g/L时,其在镀层中质量分数可达15%,硬度可达HV(0.5)500以上,为Ni-P化学镀层硬度的2.5倍左右,且镀层硬度随镀层中金刚石含量增加而增大。复合镀层的耐蚀倾向与Ni-P化学镀层大致相同。
【Abstract】 The effects of plating parameters on deposition rate,diamond content and hardness of nickel-phosphorus-diamond composite are studied.Microstructure and properties of Ni-P-diamond composite plating were tested.The results show that a part of diamond particles are activated in solution and Nickel deposited on the diamond particles which enters into the composite.According to the experiment,the deposition rate is above 20μm/h and the deposition rate of the Ni-P-diamond composite is almost same comparing to that of the Ni-P alloy and the composite is homogeneous.The mass fraction of diamond in composite mainly depends on the diamond content in solution.While diamond content in solution is 20g/L,the diamond content in composite can reach to 15%(mass fraction) and the hardness of plating surface can be above HV(0.5)500,which is 2.5 times of Ni-P alloy,the hardness of composite will strengthen as the diamond content increases in composite.The anticorrosion trend of the Ni-P-diamond composite is similar to the Ni-P composite.
