硅对连续冷却贝氏体球铁的影响
Influence of Silicon on Continuous Cooling of Bainite Ductile Iron
【摘要】 探讨含铬、钼、铜多元微量元素的合金球铁经连续冷却获得贝氏体组织的新工艺中,硅对热处理工艺参数、球铁显微组织和强韧性能的影响。结果表明,硅对奥氏体化工艺参数影响显著,硅量在2.6%~3.3%(质量分数)时,可以稳定地获得以下贝氏体为主的组织和良好的力学性能(HRc>50,冲击韧度>10J/cm2)。
【Abstract】 The effects of silicon on continuous cooling of the trace element Cr-Mo-Cu bainite ductile iron were discussed.The results show that the influence of silicon on the heat treatment parameters and structure and properties is obvious.The structure which is mainly low temperature bainite and properties which the hardness exceeds 50 and the impact toughness exceeds 10 J/cm2 can be obtained in silicon(2.6%~3.3%,mass fraction).
