仿生壳聚糖棒材表面的生物矿化
Biomineralization Behavior of Biomimetic Chitosan Rod
【摘要】 首先采用原位沉析法制得仿木年轮结构的壳聚糖(Chitosan,CS)凝胶棒材,然后在此表面进行生物矿化交替沉积,得到羟基磷灰石(Hydroxyapatite,HA)涂层。经XRD测试,结果证明棒材表面确实生成了HA。SEM测试表明,HA层为多孔蜂窝状结构,孔径均一为2μm左右。CS棒材的水相接触角从沉积前的87°±5°提高到沉积后的105°±4°,棒材吸水率沉积HA后也有所降低,矿化后棒材仍然保持较高力学强度。上述结果表明,生物矿化后的CS棒材有望在骨移植和骨替代方面具有一定的应用价值。
【Abstract】 A novel alternate soaking process,was developed to prepare Chitosan/Hydroxyapatite(CS/HA) composite rods for bone fracture internal fixation of human being.The results from XRD analysis indicated that calcium phosphate formed in the chitosan matrix was hydroxyapatite.SEM images showed that a beehive-shape structure HA layer with average pore size 2μm was deposited on the surface of the chitosan rod.The air-water contact angles increased from 87°±5° to 105°±4° after immersion in the soaking solution.In addition,the water adsorption rate decreased slightly.All these results indicated that the CS rod after biomineralization may be a good potential materials for bone fracture internal fixation of human being.
