热致液晶聚酰胺/聚酰胺66原位复合材料研究
Study on Thermotropic Liquid Crystalline Copolyamide/Polyamide 66 In situ Composites
【摘要】 研究了热致液晶聚酰胺(TLCPa)/聚酰胺66(PA66)原位复合材料的相容性及其成纤机理。转矩流变仪研究证实:TLCPa/PA66的粘度比小于1,利于TLCPa在基体中成纤。差示扫描量热分析(DSC)结果显示:PA66的熔点和结晶温度均随TLCPa含量的增加而下降,同时结晶度和结晶速率随TLCPa含量增加也明显降低,体系具有明显的相容特征。傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)研究结果显示:液晶聚酰胺与尼龙66分子间存在氢键作用,并且参与形成氢键作用官能团的数量随液晶含量的增加而增加。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)结果显示:在单纯剪切流场条件下,TLCPa分散相在PA66基体中能够变形为微纤结构。
【Abstract】 The thermotropic liquid crystalline copolyamide(TLCPa)/polyamide 66(PA66) in situ composites were researched by melting blending.The torque results show that the viscosity ratio of TLCPa/PA66 is lower than unity,so the TLCPa tends to fibrillation in PA66 matrix.Differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) results show that the melting point and crystallization temperature of composites decrease when TLCPa added,and crystallization rate and the crystallinity tend to decrease with increasing TLCPa content,so this system is obvious miscible.Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) results show that the intermolecular hydrogen bonding between TLCPa and PA66 forms during blending process,and the fraction of intermolecular hydrogen bonding increases with TLCPa concentrations increasing.Scanning electron microscope(SEM) results show that TLCPa domains can deform into fibril following simple shear flow during processing because specific intermolecular hydrogen bonding can greatly improve interfaces adhesion of the two components.
