羟基磷灰石/聚合物可降解生物复合材料的研究进展
The Research Progress of Biodegradable Hydroxyapatite/Polymer Bio-composite Materials
【摘要】 HA/聚合物生物降解复合材料在一定程度上模仿了天然骨,可降解聚合物成分逐渐被机体溶解吸收或新陈代谢排出,HA陶瓷成分在体液的作用下,会发生部分降解,游离出钙和磷,并被人体组织吸收、利用、生长出新的组织;同时可降解聚合物成分对HA的过快降解具有控制作用,使得HA降解与新生骨组织生成速率匹配。总结了羟基磷灰石/聚合物可降解生物复合材料的最新研究进展,并分析了目前该材料在研究和临床应用上存在的问题,讨论了其未来的发展方向。
【Abstract】 Biodegradable hydroxyapatite/polymer biomaterials mimic the natural bone to some extent, and the degradable polymer is dissolved and absorbed or metabolized by degrees, the hydroxyapatite (HA) ceramic degrades partly and extricates Ca 2+ and PO 3- 4 which are absorbed and utilized by human tissues to generate fresh tissues. Furthermore, degradable polymer can contribute to too fast degradation of HA to match the rate between degradation of HA and formation of fresh bone tissues. In this article, the latest advancement in research of biodegradable HA/polymer biomaterials are summarized. Simultaneously, some problems of the biomaterials in research and clinic are analyzed and some possible future developing trends are also discussed.
