碳酸盐溶胶-凝胶法制备锂离子电池正极材料LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4

【摘要】 以聚丙烯酸和碳酸盐(Li∶Ni∶Mn=1.05∶0.5∶1.5)为主要原料,用溶胶-凝胶法合成了Li Ni0.5Mn1.5O4。用X射线衍射、DSC-TGA、SEM和恒电流充放电技术研究了工艺条件对材料结构、微观形貌和电化学性能的影响。碳酸盐溶胶-凝胶法可以制备单相尖晶石结构Li Ni0.5Mn1.5O4,其放电比容量高达134mAh/g,经45次循环后仍然可保持初始放电容量的98%。

【Abstract】 In this article, LiNi 0.5 Mn 1.5 O4 is synthesized by sol-gel with PAA and carbonate. X-ray diffraction(XRD), DSC-TGA, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electrochemical measurement are used to study the effect of synthetic condition on the structure, micro-morphology of LiNi 0.5 Mn 1.5 O4. Single spinel LiNi 0.5 Mn 1.5 O4 is prepared by carbonate sol-gel. The 1st discharge capacity of LiNi 0.5 Mn 1.5 O4 obtained at optimum condition is 134mAh/g, and its capacity retention is 98% after 45th cycle numbers.
