TiO2纳米管气敏材料的研究与应用

【摘要】 Ti O2纳米管在气体传感、光电转换、光催化、光裂解等方面具有广阔的应用前景。在气体传感器领域,最新的研究数据表明:室温下通入1000×10-6H2,Ti O2纳米管气体传感器的灵敏度高达108.7,这是迄今为止所有材料在任意温度下对任意气体的最大灵敏度。综述了Ti O2纳米管气体传感器的研究进展,分析了Ti O2纳米管的制备方法、微观结构以及Ti O2纳米管气体传感器的性能和敏感机理,展望了Ti O2纳米管气体传感器的发展方向。

【Abstract】 Titania nanotubes have a wide range of applications including gas sensor, dye-sensitized solar cell, photo catalyst and photocleavage of water. Recent investigation reveals that titania nanotubes exhibites an unprecedented variation in electrical resistance of about 8.7 orders at room temperature, when exposed to 1000×10~ -6 hydrogen. This represents the largest known change in electrical properties of any material to any gas at any temperature. The newest studies on the titania nanotube gas sensors are reviewed. The morphology and preparation of titania nanotubes as well as properties and sensitive mechanism of the gas sensor are analysed. Finally the future direction of the materials is forecasted.
