【Abstract】 Based on the raw material of Na₂SiO₃, aluminum pigment is encapsulated by SiO₂. The influences of m（SiO₂）/m（Al）, temperature and pH on hydrogen evolution of aluminum pigment are studied. It is found that the best encapsulating condition is as follows: m（SiO₂）/m（Al）=7.5%, T=75℃, pH=9.5. Moreover, the encapsulated samples are analyzed and characterized by optical microscopy, SEM, IR and XRD.更多还原
