耐高温Al2O3/TiO2纳米复合粉体的制备及表征
Preparation and Characterization of Al2O3/TiO2 Hyperthermophilic Nanometer Powders by Precipitation Process
【摘要】 以TiCl4、Al2(SO4)3为原料,采用液相沉淀法制备了Al2O3/TiO2纳米复合粉体,同时对该纳米复合粉体的相变过程和晶粒生长过程进行了详细的研究,对紫外-可见光吸收进行了检测。结果表明:纳米TiO2粉体经Al2O3复合后,其耐温性能得到极大提高,复合粉体经950℃煅烧后锐钛矿相含量仍然在77%,晶体粒径在20nm左右;锐钛矿向金红石晶型的转变温度在950~1100℃的高温区。复合粉体在低温煅烧后,紫外-可见吸收强度较纯纳米TiO2有较大提高,高温煅烧后,复合晶的紫外光吸收红移。
【Abstract】 Al2O3/TiO2 nanometer powders are prepared by a precipitation method from TiCl4 and Al2(SO4)3. The phase transition and the growth procedure of the nano material grain size are analyzed.The results shows the nano- meter TiO2 powder composited with Al2O3 resists high temperature remarkably. The crystal growth of anatase is suppressed and the phase transition from anatase-type to rutile-type structure is shifted to a high temperature. When the calcining temperature of nanometer Al2O3/TiO2 is 950℃, it exhibites small crystallite sizes of 20 nm and the content of anatase is 77%. The temperature of transition from anatase-type to rutile-type structure is at high temperature of 950~1100℃. UV-Vis absorption suggests that the optical absorption properties of Al2O3/TiO2 are enhanced.
