浅析碳纳米管纯度测定方法
Discussion on Determination Methods for the Purity of Carbon Nanotubes
【摘要】 分析评述了现阶段碳纳米管纯度测定方法,包括TEM、TPO、TGA、Raman等。指出采用TPO法和TGA法测定时,受到反应放热和残留催化剂的影响,测定结果误差大;探讨Raman光谱测定单、双壁碳纳米管纯度时,当碳纳米管中无定形碳含量高于15wt%后,计算结果为负值。
【Abstract】 Methods for the purity of carbon nanotubes, including TEM, TPO, TGA, Raman etc., are discussed. Due to the influence of exothermic reaction process and remaining catalyst, the analytical error of TPO and TGA would be greater. The result data of Raman would be negative when the contents of amorphous carbon in SWNT and DWNT are more than 15wt%.
