【Abstract】 Methods for the purity of carbon nanotubes, including TEM, TPO, TGA, Raman etc., are discussed. Due to the influence of exothermic reaction process and remaining catalyst, the analytical error of TPO and TGA would be greater. The result data of Raman would be negative when the contents of amorphous carbon in SWNT and DWNT are more than 15wt%.更多还原
