【Abstract】 In this paper,the latest progresses of preparing techniques are summaried.Especially,the principles,characteristics and differences of pulsed laser deposition,magnetron sputtering,spray pyrolysis,sol-gel,ferrite plating,hydrothermal synthesis,and electrochemical deposition are discussed emphatically.The further development tendency of preparing techniques for spinel ferrite thin films is forcasted.更多还原
