用层层自组装法制备PS/SnO2核壳微球
Preparation of PS/SnO2 Core-shell Microspheres by Layer-by-Layer Assembly Technique
【摘要】 利用层层自组装(LBL)技术制备了单层和多层吸附SnO2的PS/SnO2核壳微球,采用透射电镜(TEM)、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)观察了产物的表面形貌,采用傅立叶变换红外分光光度计(FT-IR)分析了产物的结构,用热重分析仪(TGA)研究了不同吸附层产物的壳层比例,并研究了pH值、分散溶液、吸附层数对PS/SnO2核壳微球制备的影响,得到了最佳的制备条件。
【Abstract】 PS/SnO2 microspheres with single and multi SnO2 adsorption layers are prepared by layer-by-layer (LBL) assembly technique. Morphology of obtained microspheres are observed by TEM and FESEM,chemical structure and constitution of PS/SnO2 are analyzed by using FT-IR and TGA. Influences of pH,disperse solution and absorbed layers on preparation of PS/SnO2 core-shell microspheres are investigated and optimized preparation conditions are obtained.
