纳米碳管增强炭/炭复合材料的研究进展
Progress in Study on Carbon Nanotubes Reinforced Carbon/Carbon Composites
【摘要】 纳米碳管(CNTs)具有独特的结构、优异的力学性能、热稳定性与传导性能,是炭/炭(C/C)复合材料理想的增强体。综述了纳米碳管增强炭/炭(CNTs/C/C)复合材料的制备方法,讨论了该复合材料的微观结构、摩擦学性能和传导性能,并展望了CNTs/C/C复合材料的潜在应用和发展趋势。
【Abstract】 The carbon nanotubes(CNTs) possess unique structure and significant advantages,such as strong mechanical properties,high thermal stability and electrical conductivity. CNTs are considered as the ideal reinforcement for manufacturing carbon/carbon(C/C) composites. The preparation methods such as mixing,in-situ polymerization are reviewed in this paper. The advantages of the tribological behavior,thermal conductive properties and microstructure of composites are further discussed. In addition,the developing prospect of the CNTs/carbon /carbon (CNTs/C/C) composites are briefly previewed.
