【摘要】 用有机半导体制作太阳能电池,工艺简单,成本低廉,虽然目前转换效率较低,但具有发展的潜在优势。介绍了有机太阳能电池基本性质、结构、原理、研究现状及缺陷和产生的原因,并对它的未来发展模式作了简要描述。

【Abstract】 Organic semiconductor solar cells have been shown to have the advantages of comparatively simple procedure and low cost,so it has the potential superiority even though the conversion efficiency being slow. In this paper,basic properties, the structures,the theory, the research status as well as defect and cause of organic solar cell are introduced, and the trends in the development of such devices are also presented.
