含Li的Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金的研究进展
Research and Development of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu Alloys Containing Li
【摘要】 对含Li的Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金的研究进展进行了回顾与总结。含Li量大于1.8%的Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金基体中主要沉淀相是δ′相、S相和T′相,塑性和韧性较差。含Li量不大于1.0%的Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金基体上析出η′相或T′相,二级时效或多级时效则可使其达到较高的硬度。最后,指出含Li的Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金目前存在的问题,并提出了进一步研究的方向。
【Abstract】 The reaearch and development of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys containing Li are reviewed and summarized. Since δ′phase, S phase and T′phase are mainly precipatations in the matrix, Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys containing no less than 1.8 mass%Li have low strength and toughness. There precipate η′ phase or T′phase in the matrix of the Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys containing no more than 1.0 mass%Li, the alloys can be well hardened by duole-ageing or multi-ageing. What to do next is provided and suggestions is also given.
