对金属陶瓷硬质覆层材料界面层扩散的研究
Research on Diffusion of the Interface of Cermets Cladding Material
【摘要】 根据三元硼化物金属陶瓷硬质覆层材料6B的制备工艺,研究了该硬质覆层材料界面过渡层的形成机理。利用菲克第二定律,建立了其界面过渡层扩散厚度的理论模型,根据该模型对6B的界面过渡层厚度进行了计算。利用扫描电镜和电子探针对6B界面过渡层的扩散机理和扩散过程进行了试验研究,试验研究结果与理论分析结果相符。根据理论分析和试验结果确定了一定制备工艺条件下该硬质覆层材料界面过渡层扩散组元的扩散系数。
【Abstract】 Basing on the fabrication technology of ternary boride cermets cladding material (6B) , its interface formation mechanism is studied. Utilizing the second Fike’s law, the theoretical model of the diffusing thickness of the interface layer is made, and its theoretical thickness is calculated. With SEM and electronic probe technology, the mechanism and process of the material interface are investigated. The experimental result coincides with the theoretical one. The diffusion coefficient of the interface component of the cladding material under a certain fabrication condition is decided according to theoretical analyses and experimental results.
