磁控溅射羟基磷灰石薄膜的研究现状与展望

【摘要】 羟基磷灰石是具有良好生物相容性的骨修复和替代材料。介绍了用磁控溅射法制备羟基磷灰石薄膜的研究现状,由实验机理和薄膜的性能表征分析了影响薄膜质量的因素,并讨论了制备过程中存的一些问题以及今后的发展方向。

【Abstract】 The biocompatible of hydroxyapatite is very well, it is a kind of repair and replacement material of bone. The paper reviews the research status of hydroxyapatite thin film synthesized by magnetron sputtering.The character and mechanism of the film are introduced. Then the influential factors of the film’s quality are analysed. The problems of the research of hydroxyapatite thin film synthesized by magnetron sputtering are represented. Finally, the prospect of the hydroxyapatite thin film are discussed.
