半导体微晶掺杂玻璃的制备方法及其二阶非线性光学性能探讨
Preparation and Second Order Nonlinear Optical Studies of Semiconductor Microcrystal Doped Glasses
【摘要】 在外部电场诱导下,半导体微晶掺杂玻璃具有与玻璃和晶体所不同的优良的光学性能。概述了几种半导体微晶掺杂玻璃的制备方法,分析了其掺杂机理,并由此讨论了采用这些方法制备的半导体微晶掺杂玻璃的二阶非线性光学性能。
【Abstract】 Induced by exterior electric field, semiconductor microcrystal doped glasses show better optic properties than glasses and crystals. The paper simply explains some preparations of semiconductor microcrystal doped glasses and the doping mechanisms. The second nonlinear optic properties of doped glasses prepared with such methods are also reviewed.
