【Abstract】 The history and application of uniform droplet stream are reviewed in the paper. The mechanism of the generation of uniform droplet stream and the process of the breakup of melted metal jet are discussed in detail. Uniform metal droplet stream can be used in powder metallurgy,uniform metal coatings,printing of electronic packages and rapid prototyping of metal structural components, which will enjoy good market prospect.更多还原
