【摘要】 近20多年来,Ni3Al基合金作为结构材料的应用成为材料学界的研究热点,取得了一些重大进展,主要包括:①硼对Ni3Al常温和高温韧性的显著效应;②在中温区铬对Ni3Al的韧化作用;③环境脆化的证实。合金元素的添加使得Ni3Al基合金的种类和应用场合各不相同。着重论述了近年来Ni3Al基合金在制备工艺、添加合金元素的作用、组织性能研究中所取得的进展,并介绍了近年来Ni3Al基合金及其复合材料在工程上的应用。

【Abstract】 Ni3 Al-based alloys for structural applications have been an active field of research in material science for over two decades. Several major breakthroughs have occurred in this field during this period, including: (1)the dramatic effects of boron on ductility improvement for Ni3 Al at ambient and high temperature; (2)effect of chromium addition for intermediate temperature ductility improvement of Ni3 Al; and (3)identification of environmental embrittle-ment. Alloying effects lead to various categories of Ni3 Al-based alloys, which allow them to be applied to a great diversity of situations. The processing of Ni3Al based-alloys, effects of alloy elements, microstructure and performance research progress in recent years will be involved in this paper, this paper also describes various engineering applications of Ni3 Al-based alloys and composites.
