三辛基甲基氯化铵对废水中柠檬酸镍的萃取作用

【摘要】 化学镀镍废水中含镍和柠檬酸,不处理将污染环境,不回收将浪费资源。研究了以三辛基甲基氯化铵(TOMAC)为萃取剂,萃取废水中柠檬酸镍的传质过程。结果表明,当萃取剂质量摩尔浓度为0.025mol/L、相比为1、pH值为10、萃取时间30min,萃取率可以达到99%以上,对实际废水进行处理,也取得了比较满意的结果,有效地回收了废水中柠檬酸镍,为化学镀镍废水资源回收提供了一种有效的方法。

【Abstract】 The mass transfer process during the extraction of nickel citrate from the wastewater of electroless nickel plating was investigated, using tri-n-octylmethylammonium chloride (TOMAC) as the extraction reagent and benzene as the organic reagent. This was aiming at preventing the environment from pollution by the electroless nickel-plating wastewater containing nickel citrate and saving the resource of nickel as a kind of strategic materials. The results indicated that the nickel citrate in the wastewater could be extracted at a ratio up to 99% when extracted at a concentration of C(TOMAC)=0.025 mol/L, pH=10, duration 30 [JP2]min, and aqueous to organic phase volume fraction of 1:1. Moreover, the established method could by satisfactorily used for the treatment of the wastewater in industrial electroless nickel plating.
