【Abstract】 The effects of some macroelements,such as nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P),potassium(K),calcium(Ca),magnesium(Mg)and sulfur(S),on flower bud formation,curd development and other physiological process during curd formation are discussed in flower vegetables such as cauliflower(Brassica oleracea Linn.var.botrytis Linn),broccoli(Brassica oleracea Linn.var.italica Plenck)and so on.The mechanism of nutrient regulation in this period is also discussed,and the authors pointed out how to use the technology of nutrient regulation to get good quality and high yield.更多还原
