【Abstract】 There are three micro-mechanism of fiscal policy effect on the balance of payment,they are output-absorb effect,saving-investment effect and foreign exchange effect.They are negative outcomes of active fiscal policy in realizing domestic equilibrium.On the other hand,once understanding the effect mechanism,the government of a country can adjust the balance of payment using the fiscal policy.更多还原
