水布垭面板坝智能土石方调配系统研究

【摘要】 由于水布垭面板坝的土石方开挖量超过2 000万方,填筑量超过1 560万方,土石方调配问题关系到整个工程的进展和技术经济效益,为此分析了水布垭面板坝土石方调配的特点,并根据数学模型,对水布垭面板坝智能土石方调配系统进行了功能分析和系统设计。计算机仿真结果表明,该系统具有很好的实用性和可操作性,响应时间约0.5~1 s,优于传统土石方调配结果。

【Abstract】 Total excavation volume of Shuibuya Project exceeds 20 million cubic meters and total filling volume of the dam is more than(15.60) million cubic meters.Its whole process and technic-economic benefit are considerably influenced by the earth-rock volumes allocation problem.Through analyzing the features of earth-rock volumes allocation of Shuibuya Project,an intelligent earth-rock volume allocation system was developed to model earth-rock allocation in construction.The results of computer simulation are technically feasible and better than those of traditional ways,and the response time of the database system is about(0.5)-(1.0) second.
