GIS在公共安全领域的应用
Application of GIS in Public Safety
【摘要】 20世纪下半叶以来,公共安全领域事故频繁发生,给全球带来巨大经济损失和人员伤亡,在公共安全领域建立科学的预警、评估和应急决策系统势在必行。GIS提供的多源数据集成能力、强大的空间分析能力和辅助决策能力在公共安全的预警预报、监测、灾情评估中发挥了重大作用。本文首先简单介绍了GIS在公共安全领域的应用现状,然后详细论述了GIS中常用多源数据的集成算法、缓冲区分析、叠置分析、最佳路径算法及数据仓库的概念并举例说明在公共安全领域中的应用,最后分析总结了GIS技术在公共安全领域应用中存在的主要问题。
【Abstract】 Public safety accidents occurred frequently since the latter half of the 20th century and brought enormous economic losses and casualties. So it is necessary to establish scientific forewarning, evaluating, and emergency decision-making systems in the field of public safety. GIS played an important role in this field by its good function of multi-source data integration, spatial analysis and decision-aiding. In this paper, the application of GIS in public safety was introduced simply firstly. Then the integration methods of multi-source data, buffer analysis, overlay analysis, optimal path algorithm and the conception of data warehouse were discussed by using a few examples in detail. At last most problems of GIS’s application in public safety were summarized.
