催化合成L-吡咯烷酮羧酸月桂酯
Catalytic synthesis of L-2-pyrrolidone-5-carboxylic acid lauryl alcohol ester
【摘要】 以L-吡咯烷酮羧酸和月桂醇为原料,固载催化剂A,通过酸醇酯化反应直接合成L-吡咯烷酮羧酸月桂酯。探讨催化剂种类、用量、物料比、反应时间和温度对酯化反应影响,确定适宜合成工艺条件:n(月桂醇)∶n(L-吡咯烷酮羧酸)=1.0∶1.3,环己烷为带水剂,每0.1 mol月桂醇加入催化剂A 3.5 g,170℃反应4 h,酯化率达98.6%。固载催化剂A具有较好的活性,重复使用9次时酯化率仍可达93.4%。
【Abstract】 L-2-pyrrolidone-5-carboxylic acid lauryl alcohol ester was synthesized by L-2-pyrrolidone-5-carboxylic acid and lauryl alcohol with solid supported catalyst A.The effect of the kind of catalyst,the dosage of the catalyst,ratio of reactants,reaction time and reaction temperature on esterification reaction were discussed.The optimal reaction conditions were established as follows: n(lauryl alcohol)∶n(L-2-pyrrolidone-5-carboxylic acid)=1.0∶1.3,cyclohexane as water-carrying agent,catalyst A 3.5 g(per 0.1 mol of lauryl alcohol),reaction time 4 h at 170 ℃,esterification yield achieves 98.6%.Catalyst A can be reused for 9 times with esterification conversion of 93.4%.
