【摘要】 对2005年浙江省和广东省部分养殖场南美白对虾的急性传染病病原进行了研究。临床症状发现大部分病虾带有白斑综合症的明显症状,后通过组织病理学观察,PCR检测及测序分析,证实本次病害的主要病原是白斑综合症病毒,说明白斑综合症在对虾养殖中仍存在着流行趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pathogen in the outbreak of penaeid shrimp diseases in Zhejiang and Guangdong provinces was examined in 2005.The penaeid shrimp cultured showed the clinic pathological symptom of white spot syndrome virus(WSSV).Histopathology,polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and sequence analysis proved that the dominant pathogen was WSSV,indicating that the white spot syndrome has been still prevalent in penaeid shrimp culture nowadays.更多还原
