【摘要】 采用静水法生物测试研究铜(Cu+2)、镉(Cd+2)和锌(Zn+2)对唐鱼的急性毒性及安全浓度评价。其目的在于评价水环境中Cu+2、Cd+2和Zn+2对鱼类的影响,为渔业部门制订水质标准提供理论参考数据。结果表明:Cu+2对唐鱼为剧毒物质,Cd+2为高毒物质,Zn+2为中毒物质。3种重金属毒性依次为Cu>Cd>Zn。Cu+2、Cd+2和Zn+2对唐鱼的24、48、729、6 h的LC50分别为0.166、0.079、0.051、0.039 mg/L,9.051、6.404、4.9064、.447 mg/L,35.43、26.53、20.66、16.30 mg/L,其安全质量浓度分别为0.004、0.4451、.630 mg/L。唐鱼对Cu+2敏感,是一种较理想的环境污染指示生物。更多还原

【Abstract】 The acute toxicity of copper,cadmium and zinc to white clound mountain minnow Tanichthys albonubes was studied with the static test method.The results show that copper to the minnow is a drastic toxicant, cadmium high toxicant,zinc median toxicant.The toxicity sequence of three heavy metals to the minnow is Cu>Cd>Zn.The LC₅₀ of 24,48,72 and 96 h for copper to the minnow are 0.166,0.079,0.051 and 0.039 mg·L^-1,respectively. Those for cadmium are 9.051,6.404,4.906 and 4.447 mg·L^-1,respectively.For zinc those are 35.43,26.53,20.66 and 16.30 mg·L^-1,respectively.The safe concentrations of these metals Copper,Cadmium and Zinc are 0.004,0.445 and 1.630 mg·L^-1,respectively.更多还原
