高分子湿度传感器的湿滞建模与智能补偿
Modeling and intelligence compensation to hysteresis of high molecular humidity sensor
【摘要】 高分子湿度传感器在测量过程中由于存在着湿滞特性影响了其测量的精度。根据湿滞特性表现出的分段线性性质与T-S模糊建模原理的相似性,提出利用T-S模糊建模的思想对高分子湿度传感器的湿滞非线性环节进行建模,进而建立起湿滞环节的逆模型,并采用其逆模型实现对湿滞环节的智能补偿。仿真结果表明:经湿滞补偿后,高分子湿度传感器的湿滞由5.56%RH减小到0.045%RH。
【Abstract】 Due to the hysteresis characteristic of the high molecular humidity sensor exists in the process of measurement,it has influence on precision of measurement.According as the property of segmented linearity which the behavior of hysteresis exhibit is similar to the principle of Takagi-Sugeno(T-S) fuzzy modeling,a model is built on the T-S fuzzy modeling to the behavior of hysteresis nonlinearity of high moltcular humidity sensor.The inverse model of the hysteresis is established,which is put forward to make intelligence compensation to the hysteresis.The results of simulation show the hysteresis of humidity sensor is reduced from 5.56 %RH to 0.045 %RH after the compensation.
