掺杂合成纳米α-Fe2O3粉体及其气敏性能研究
Study on adulteration synthesis and gas sensitive properties of nanometer α-Fe2O3 powders
【摘要】 采用溶胶凝胶法制备Eu2O3-Fe2O3(Eu2O3的质量分数为0~7%)纳米粉体材料,利用X射线衍射仪、透射电镜等测试手段分析了材料的微观结构,并进行了气敏性能测试。结果表明:合成的产物颗粒均匀、粒径细小。其中,质量分数为5%Eu2O3的烧结型气敏元件在145℃条件下对H2S有较高的灵敏度、较好的选择性及响应恢复特性,线性检测范围较宽,有望研制成气敏性能较为优异的H2S敏感材料。
【Abstract】 The nanocrystals of Eu-doping α-Fe2O3(quality fraction of Eu2O3 is 07 %) are prepared by sol-gel method in the citric acid system.By means of XRD and TEM,microstructure is analyzed.The gas-sensing properties of sensors are also measured.Obtained results show that the grain size becomes reqular and smaller,the sensor has high sensitivity,good selectivity,response-recovery characteristic and wide linear measurment range to H2S when quality fraction of Eu2O3 is 5 % and optimum working temperature is(145 ℃).It is hopeful of developing into a new type of H2S sensing material.
