智能化环形电子束焊缝超声自动检测系统设计
Intelligent Annular EBW Ultrasonic Automatic Test System Design
【摘要】 为了实现了高精度电子束焊缝连续自动检测,开发了针对环形工件的智能超声自动化检测系统.系统利用现代信号分析处理技术和超声成像技术以及缺陷的自动识别技术,实现了缺陷的可视化和统计分析,以此进行智能化无损评价从而改进焊接工艺.最后通过实例测量给出了检测结果和缺陷评价.系统经过现场使用,肯定了其具有自动化程度高、抗干扰能力强、探伤准确、效率高、稳定等特点.
【Abstract】 For the continuous and automatic testing with high precision,we designed an ultrasonic automatic test system for annular work-pieces.The system used the modern signal processing ultrasonic imaging and defect recognition to visualize and analyze statistically in order to make the defect intelligently be evaluated and improve the crafts.Finally an example was given and conclusion was drawn.The system is proved to be automatic,high ability of anti-interference,exact,efficient and reliable during the applications.
